1.Technician

THE PERSON:
– Obtained Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
– Singapore Class 3 driving license essential
– Learning agility is critical
THE JOB:
– Attend to equipment servicing, repair and maintenance
– Carry out diagnostic, troubleshooting and rectification work
– Able to communicate with customers on machine fault explanation
– Upkeep service van and work areas
– Maintain work tools in good condition
– Training will be provided

2. Sales Executive (3 Openings)

THE PERSON:
– Diploma and above
– Min. 2 years in service advisor/sales role of any relevant industry
– Basic technical knowledge in Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
– Class 3 license and computer literacy
THE JOB:
– To obtain new service contracts and maintain contract renewal
– To campaign and get sales for major repairs and field service repair jobs and follow up on documentation
– To provide and follow-up on rental repair chargeable jobs
– To build rapport and provide logistics solutions to key and fleet customers

3. Facilities Executive

THE PERSON:
– Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
– Relevant certifications such as Fire Safety Manager (FSM), Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), or Energy Management certification will be an advantage.
– Preferably possess a valid Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) certification.
– Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities or building management, including hands-on maintenance and contractor management.
– Proficient in MS Office.
THE JOB:
– Develop and manage facility budgets, including maintenance, repairs, operations, and resource allocation.
– Oversee the smooth operation of all building services and ensure the facility remains fully functional and safe.
– Plan and coordinate maintenance, repair, and renovation projects.
– Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, equipment breakdowns, or safety incidents.
– Ensure proper maintenance and optimal performance of all equipment, fittings, and fixtures.
– Manage and monitor all maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, housekeeping, and landscaping.
– Oversee additional maintenance areas such as diesel tank servicing, general waste disposal, building infrastructure, green space upkeep, pest control, and firefighting equipment maintenance.
– Perform hands-on repairs when necessary and ensure the overall hygiene and cleanliness of the office environment.
– Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. WSH Act, Fire Safety Act, NEA, Building Control Act, Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act, Electricity Act, Environmental Public Health Act and Regulations, Public Utilities Act, Public Utilities (Water Supply) Regulations, Sewerage and Drainage Act, Sewerage and Drainage (Surface Water Drainage) Regulations, and Water and Sewerage Act).
– Manage facilities and housekeeping service providers to ensure the delivery of quality services at competitive costs.
– Ensure timely renewal of service contracts.
– Perform hands-on repair when needed and ensure overall hygiene and cleanliness of office
– Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

For salary range, indicate 3.8k to 4.5K.
