1.Technician

THE PERSON:
– Obtained Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
– Singapore Class 3 driving license essential
– Learning agility is critical
THE JOB:
– Attend to equipment servicing, repair and maintenance
– Carry out diagnostic, troubleshooting and rectification work
– Able to communicate with customers on machine fault explanation
– Upkeep service van and work areas
– Maintain work tools in good condition
– Training will be provided

2. Procurement Executive

THE PERSON:
– Minimum Diploma in Procurement
– 3 years in the relevant field
– Good communication and negotiation skills
– Well-versed in procurement processes, policy and systems
THE JOB:
– To achieve/meet cost saving target
– Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from local and overseas vendors
– Implement internal procurement strategies
– In charge of daily-operational purchasing needs

3. Lead Electrical Technician @ UMW Heavy Equipment (s) Pte Ltd

THE PERSON:
– ITE Trade Certification
– 3-5 years in related field
– Electrical system and mechanical knowledge
– Technical and customer service
THE JOB:
– To provide service, diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment
– Replacing faulty equipment
– Be a team-player

4. Executive, Logistics solutions

THE PERSON:
– Minimum Diploma in Marketing or Business Admin
– 1-2 years in the relevant field, Fresh Graduate will also be considered
– Good communication and negotiation skills
– Well-versed in project management
– Knowledge of logistics solutions/ automation will be an added advantage
THE JOB:
– Sales of logistics solutions & automation products
– Develop new & existing customers, provide utmost support to meet business goals
– Develop strong customers, factory principle and supplier relationship on product, ensure Project implementation is executed well
– Updating sales report on weekly basis, gather feedback from customers and share with Internal team members

5. Service Sales Executive

THE PERSON:
– NITEC and above
– Min. 2 years in service advisor role of any relevant industry
– Basic technical knowledge in MHE
– Class 3 license and computer literacy
THE JOB:
– To obtain new service contracts and maintain contract renewal
– To campaign and get sales for major repairs and field service repair jobs and follow up on documentation
– To provide and follow-up on rental repair chargeable jobs
– To build rapport and provide logistics solutions to key and fleet customers

6. Logistics & Inventory Control Officer

THE PERSON:
– Obtained Diploma
– Min 2 years of experience in administrative matters
– Knowledge of indenting and inventory control
– Must be computer literate; MS Excel and Word
THE JOB:
– Support preparation and coordinate shipment
– Weekly indenting/receiving of parts
– Monitor and maintain current inventory level for parts
– Prepare and submit monthly reports for parts, shipping and insurance
– Check and verify invoice from principals, suppliers, etc. Process invoice and obtain quotation for shipping
