1. Executive, Procurement

The Job:

  • Source, negotiate and procure materials from local and overseas suppliers.
  • Drive cost savings through effective sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
  • Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including purchase orders, delivery follow-up and shipment coordination.
  • Develop procurement strategies to meet delivery timelines and business requirements.
  • Provide guidance on procurement terms, conditions and supplier management.
  • Support tender activities, including cost control and procurement compliance.
  • Continuously improve procurement processes, compliance and operational efficiency.

The Person:

  • Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes, policies and systems.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and supplier management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

2. Executive, MHE Rental

The Job:

  • Manage and develop key rental customer accounts.
  • Build strong customer relationships and drive contract renewals.
  • Identify upselling opportunities for rental, used equipment and logistics solutions.
  • Conduct customer visits and business reviews.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales opportunities.
  • Support tender submissions, pricing negotiations and contract renewals.
  • Monitor customer payments and work with Finance on overdue accounts.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.

The Person:

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills.

  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Technical knowledge of equipment or industrial products is an advantage.

3. Manager, Human Resource

The Job:

  • Lead the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, performance management and employee engagement.
  • Partner with business leaders to support manpower planning and provide HR advisory.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, practices and initiatives aligned with business needs.
  • Lead, coach and develop the HR team to deliver quality HR services.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Optimise the use of government grants and schemes to support workforce development.
  • Oversee the security team and outsourced security providers to ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs.

The Person:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of HR generalist experience in an organisation with 100 or more employees.
  • Certified HR Practitioner (IHRP/SHRI or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to lead, coach and develop a team.

4. Principal Client Specialist

The Job:

  • Achieve annual sales and rental targets for material handling equipment.
  • Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct sales presentations and provide suitable equipment solutions to customers.
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM (T-basis) with customer activities.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities and lost sales, and provide regular sales reports to management.

The Person:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in industrial equipment or B2B sales.
  • Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn technical products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially driven with strong business acumen.

5. Technical Officer (Tyre)

The Job:

  • Operate hydraulic tyre press equipment to remove and install solid press-on tyres.
  • Perform tyre replacement and basic battery maintenance for material handling equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of common tyre types and rim sizes.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns and carry out timely repair works.
  • Ensure all service activities comply with safety regulations, company procedures and environmental standards.
  • Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation.
  • Uphold 5S standards for the workshop and service vehicle.

The Person:

  • Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience servicing material handling equipment.
  • Hands-on experience in tyre pressing and basic battery maintenance.
  • Good technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office and IT skills.
  • Good communication skills and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

6. Technical Officer (Battery)

The Job:

  • Perform routine servicing, diagnostics, repairs and rebuilding of industrial batteries.
  • Carry out tyre inspections, wear analysis and hydraulic tyre press operations.
  • Respond to battery breakdowns and provide on-site technical support.
  • Commission and de-commission battery chargers and provide basic user training on battery and charger operations.
  • Maintain inventory of batteries, tyres and related components.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures and environmental standards.
  • Maintain accurate service records and uphold 5S standards for the workshop and service vehicle.

The Person:

  • Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in battery and tyre maintenance for material handling equipment.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience using principal diagnostic software and technical interfaces is an advantage.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and lead technical tasks when required.

7. Technician (SATS)

The Job:

  • Perform troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of material handling equipment.
  • Carry out servicing in accordance with technical manuals, service procedures and checklists.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures.
  • Maintain good housekeeping (5S) in the workshop and worksite.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

The Person:

  • NITEC/Higher NITEC in Automotive Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant servicing or maintenance experience.
  • Basic knowledge of engine, hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
