2. Sales (3 Openings)
- THE PERSON:
- – Diploma and above
- – Min. 2 years in service advisor/sales role of any relevant industry
- – Basic technical knowledge in Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- – Class 3 license and computer literacy
- THE JOB:
- – To obtain new service contracts and maintain contract renewal
- – To campaign and get sales for major repairs and field service repair jobs and follow up on documentation
- – To provide and follow-up on rental repair chargeable jobs
- – To build rapport and provide logistics solutions to key and fleet customers

3. Transport Officer
- THE PERSON:
- – Possesses forklift license
- – Able to operate Material handling equipment(MHE)
- – Certificate in Logistics/Warehouse Management or equivalent
- – At least 2 years of relevant experience
- – Warehouse operation
- THE JOB:
- – Receive all incoming shipments for equipment and miscellaneous, ensuring all in good condition
- – Liaise with transporters for customer equipment delivery and collection in the timely manner
- – Arrange, scan & update equipment after PDI at green zone
- – Perform housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse and store
- – Ensure all general safety and health rules and practices are carried out at all times

4. ESH Officer
- THE PERSON:
- – Bachelor’s degree in environmental / mechanical engineering
- – At least 3 years of relevant experience
- – Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) & Fire Safety Manager (FSM)
- – Well versed in ISO 45001 and BizSafe Star
- – Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- THE JOB:
- – Responsible for the roles and responsibilities of a Fire Safety Manager
- – Ensure compliance with MOM and SCDF safety regulations
- – Conduct safety orientations, trainings, meetings, inspections, and audits, as well as follow up with corrective and preventive measures
- – Manage and update risk assessments in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA), ensuring that all risks are identified and addressed
- – File accident and injury reports with the relevant authorities
- – Submit mandatory safety reports to internal and external stakeholders
- – Maintain all documentations related to safety for audit purposes
- – Develop and drive safety, health, and environmental initiatives to foster a strong safety culture across the workforce
- – Manage sustainability reporting and initiatives

5. Senior Service Coordinator
- THE PERSON:
- – Able to work under pressure
- – Bachelor of Science in Office Administration; 2-Years Certificate in Computer Secretarial, or relevant
- – 2-4 years experience in the Material Handling Industries, skilled in operations Management, understanding both internal & external needs to meet expectations
- – Soft skills, able to transfer skills, expertise and knowledge to all team members
- THE JOB:
- – Manage & supervise SCC with resourceful planning on scheduling, monitoring via GMSS & Pronto System, including carrying out Customers Survey to measure the service level with aim of improving SCC
- – Consolidating and analysising of data; improve the work flows and maximize the productivity and efficiency of service department
- – Reports generation, to track service performance, support decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance
- – Tender participation in after-sales services
