1.Sales Executive

THE PERSON
– Business, Engineering or Marketing Diploma
– At least 2 years industrial equipment/ parts/ lubricants & battery sales experience
– Car ownership is essential
– Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
– Goal-oriented, resilient and adaptable.
THE JOB:
– Achieve sales growth for a wide range of material handling equipment/ parts/ lubricants & battery; and prospect to secure new accounts
– Build and maintain close rapport with new and existing customers to ensure continued business relationships through frequent visits introducing new and updated products while being a resource for the customers
– Perform market intelligence to strategize market opportunities and business development
– Sales reporting and administration.

2.Technician

THE PERSON
– Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
– Singapore Class 3 driving license essential.
– Learning agility is critical
THE JOB:
– Attend to equipment PM servicing, repair and maintenance
– Carry out diagnostic, troubleshooting and rectification work.
– Able to communicate with customers on machine fault explanation.
– Upkeep service van and work areas and maintain work tools in good working condition.
– Apply and observe workplace safety & health in daily work.

3. Service Advisor

THE PERSON
– Trade Certificates
– At least 2 years industrial equipment service sales experience
– Car ownership is essential
– Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
– Goal-oriented, resilient and adaptable.
THE JOB:
– Achieve service sales growth and secure new contracts
– Build and maintain close rapport with new and existing customers to ensure continued business relationships through frequent visits while being a resource for the customers
– Provide marketing strategies to promote service campaigns
– Service reporting and administration.
